PLIB is an acronym for the ISO 13584 Parts Library standard, which is an International Standard about the computer-interpretable representation and exchange of parts specification data. The standardization of ISO13584 is advanced by ISO (International Organization for Standardization),TC184/SC4--"Developers of International Industrial Data Standards".
