The definitions available in the PDF files listed here are intended to be registered into ISO13584-501 RA. and to be reviewed by technical experts, and then by validation experts, as defined in ISO13584-501. These files are uploaded here for the convenience of domain experts who are not familiar with PLIB tools that read the data in STEP files.
The definitions in these PDF files are intermediate results of the dictionary compilation, whose final version would be proposed as an initial content of RA.
The definitions for Industrial Process Measuring Instruments are almost completed. While,the definitions for Environmental Measuring Instruments are almost completed in Japanese, but translation into English is halfway done. The definitions for Laboratory Measuring Instruments are still underway in Japanese.
They will be completed, however, before June for the planned DIS document of ISO13584-501. Those files however still bear the JEMIMA BSU's, in order to mark clearly the joint copyright of JEMIMA and TOSHIBA corporation.
No part of this document can be copied or integrated into other documents, electronic files, or software programmes without prior written permission from JEMIMA and TOSHIBA.
However the circulation of the documents for review purpose, as they are, requires no special arrangement with JEMIMA nor TOSHIBA. When ISO13584-501 DIS is submitted, it shall be changed into the BSU's defined in the body of the document of ISO13584-501.
Namely, all BSUs that start with "JEMIMA_" shall be replaced with "P501_" .
